Welcome to DARE Transfers ("we," "us," "our"), operated by Sagentic LLC, an S Corporation doing business as DARE Print & Sign Co. and Sagentic Web Design. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
1. Order Acceptance & Production
All orders are subject to acceptance at our discretion. When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when your order enters production.
Most standard orders are ready within 1–2 business days. Orders requiring proofing, artwork cleanup, or file resizing may take additional time depending on revision cycles. Rush Production add-ons expedite your position in the production queue but do not guarantee a specific delivery date.
2. Artwork & Design Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the artwork and design files you submit. By uploading artwork, you represent and warrant that:
- You own the artwork or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to reproduce it.
- The artwork does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
- The artwork does not contain unlawful, defamatory, or obscene content.
We do not review submitted artwork for intellectual property compliance. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DARE Transfers, Sagentic LLC, and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your uploaded content.
File Quality: We print what you send. If your artwork is low resolution, improperly sized, or contains errors, the final product will reflect those issues. We strongly recommend ordering a Digital Proof add-on if you want to review your transfer before production.
3. Color Accuracy
While we strive for accurate color reproduction, exact color matching is not guaranteed. Variations may occur due to differences in screen calibration, file color profiles, substrate color, and the inherent characteristics of the DTF printing process. We do not accept returns or issue refunds based on minor color variations that fall within normal printing tolerances.
4. Refund & Return Policy
No refunds once production has begun. Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on any order that has entered the production process.
Add-on services are non-refundable under all circumstances. This includes Rush Production, Artwork Cleanup, File Resize Help, and Digital Proof services. Once an add-on service is purchased, the fee is earned regardless of whether you ultimately proceed with or cancel your order.
Defective or damaged products: If your order arrives damaged due to shipping or contains a clear manufacturing defect (wrong size printed, adhesion failure, etc.), contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will, at our sole discretion, reprint the affected items or issue store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are issued only in cases where a reprint is not feasible.
Order cancellations: You may request cancellation of an order only if it has not yet entered production. Once an order status moves beyond "Paid," cancellation is no longer available.
5. Proof Approval
If your order includes a Digital Proof or any add-on that triggers the proofing workflow, you will receive a proof via email for review. You are responsible for carefully reviewing the proof for accuracy, including spelling, sizing, color placement, and design layout.
Once you approve a proof, we are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof. If changes are needed, you may request revisions. Excessive revisions beyond a reasonable scope may incur additional charges.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to all addresses within the United States via USPS Ground Advantage (standard) and FedEx 2Day (expedited). Shipping times listed on this site are estimates provided by the carriers and do not include production time.
We are not responsible for:
- Carrier delays, including weather events, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or volume surges.
- Packages lost or damaged in transit by the carrier. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but the ultimate resolution lies with the shipping provider.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by you. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
- Delays caused by customs or import processing for shipments to U.S. territories.
Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. If timely delivery is critical, we recommend selecting expedited shipping and allowing adequate lead time.
7. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed. We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit cards) and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through these third-party payment processors. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
Applicable sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address and current tax rates. Tax-exempt customers must have an approved tax exemption on file before placing an order.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DARE Transfers, Sagentic LLC, and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, business interruption, loss of data, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that specific order.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sagentic LLC (d/b/a DARE Transfers, DARE Print & Sign Co., and Sagentic Web Design), its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of this website, (b) artwork or content you submit, (c) your violation of these terms, or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Sagentic LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.
The DARE Transfers name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Sagentic LLC.
11. Account Responsibility
If you create an account on this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fremont County, Colorado. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
13. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
