The 3.5" x 2" footprint is the industry standard for structured caps, trucker hats, beanies, and dad hats — fits cleanly on a flat cap crown or curved bill face without crowding the seam.

Use a cap heat press or a firm curved platen for best adhesion. Peel hot or cold — our Printium film releases clean either way, with no sticky residue and no lifted edges. Works great on cotton twill, poly-blend caps, and performance headwear.

Perfect for: branded company caps, team hats, event merch, and any hat drop where screen printing minimums aren't worth it.
